No Harm is Done to the Fish
Caviar by Anet supply complex uses the most humane method of harvesting caviar without harming the fish. The female sturgeon is massaged by her belly, remaining alive and healthy, after which she is returned to the basin made without any plastic, filled exclusively with Artesian water. Only using this method, caviar is extracted at the most optimal stage of maturity, preserving all of the best natural qualities, thus receiving a micronutrient boost.
Nature and Ecology
At the sturgeon complex supplying Caviar by Anet, a large team of the most advanced aquaculture professionals and scientists work in accordance with Convention on International Trade in Endangered Species, harvesting caviar and treating the fish in both ethically and environmentally responsible manner. All while taking part in scientific and cultural life in the field of sturgeon breeding in the European Community, as well as in projects for restocking sturgeon fish in their natural habitat.
Exceptional Quality Caviar
Distinctive feature of our black caviar is that we use no preservatives, antibiotics or GMOs. The amount of salt put in each batch stays at approximately 2.5%, qualifying Caviar by Anet for the Malosol premium caviar division. Our caviar is harvested using the traditional craftsmanship, while relying on the latest technology in order to replicate the natural sturgeon cycle of life, which ensures the quality recognized by the most sophisticated connoisseurs throughout the world.
Safety and Control

To ensure the maximum safety of each egg, we carry out veterinary, sanitary and laboratory control of each batch of raw materials, containers and ready-made products. After control and salting, caviar is immediately packaged in glass or lacquered metal cans, which are then hermetically sealed using a vacuum sealing machine.

Each fish on our supply farm has its own health passport and is constantly monitored for its condition, which includes: weighing, ultrasound, visual examination and blood test.

The main breeding principle of our supply complex is to treat each fish carefully and humanely, to grow healthy and strong populations of sturgeon fish.

In order to do so, our supply farm use the latest innovations for sturgeon breeding in recirculating aquaculture systems (RAS). It allows the creation of an own ecosystem, which completely excludes the external influence – the fish lives healthy for years, with all its' life and health risks under control.
