To ensure the maximum safety of each egg, we carry out veterinary, sanitary and laboratory control of each batch of raw materials, containers and ready-made products. After control and salting, caviar is immediately packaged in glass or lacquered metal cans, which are then hermetically sealed using a vacuum sealing machine.
Each fish on our supply farm has its own health passport and is constantly monitored for its condition, which includes: weighing, ultrasound, visual examination and blood test.
The main breeding principle of our supply complex is to treat each fish carefully and humanely, to grow healthy and strong populations of sturgeon fish.
In order to do so, our supply farm use the latest innovations for sturgeon breeding in recirculating aquaculture systems (RAS). It allows the creation of an own ecosystem, which completely excludes the external influence – the fish lives healthy for years, with all its' life and health risks under control.
