Caviar is not an occasional decadence in the wisteria zen garden of Anet Alexandra's Los Angeles residence. For Anet, caviar is more than just a delicacy; it is valued as the quintessence of her youth.

As an Armenian born in Iran and raised in Soviet Armenia, Anet’s cultural roots were nourished by the beauty and wealth of the Caspian Sea. Anet reveres caviar as an essential part her upbringing. “I’ve always carried this piece of home with me, and my love for this little luxury has kept me connected to my roots and my essence, even when I moved across the globe,” Anet’s nostalgic reminiscence floods the room with imagery as saturating as the Sea itself.

The first United States based entrepreneur in her family, Anet shifted her multifaceted, successful career into a deeply personal and passionate direction after a visit to St Barths in 2020. Amid the superyachts, private jets and elegant restaurants of this globally coveted destination, authentic Russian caviar was seemingly impossible to find, at least for her.

Anet’s insatiable ambition compelled her into an international taste testing research mission. The most discerning connoisseur, Anet’s “Caviar Dreams” bloomed into reality with the discovery of authentic and truly sustainable Russian caviar, where the eggs are harvested without harming the fish. “I saw the opportunity to introduce New Caviar to a New Generation of caviar lovers and novices alike. No longer just for the select few.”
