If for some reason you are not satisfied with your purchase and have identified a quality related issue, return it within 24 hours for an exchange or a refund of the purchase price of the products . Please return all products in question in the same condition and packaging as it was received. If an exchange is requested, the replacement product will be shipped within 7 business days (Monday-Friday). You will only receive a refund for products returned. All returns must be mailed to our office address to be requested from our customer support team at email@example.com.
You must request a label from us and pack caviar on ice. Please consult with our customer support team at firstname.lastname@example.org before mailing product back.
If you receive physically damaged products, you must provide photographic evidence of such within 24 hours of receipt to our customer support team at email@example.com. Failure to do so will prevent us from processing any refunds or exchanges. Customers who have paid by credit card will have their accounts credited. Refunds will not be made to a third party. As soon as we receive your returned product, we will process your request. We will contact you to offer either an alternative or a refund. If the product was damaged or spoiled due to shipping or production, we will fully refund your credit/debit card within 24 hours after receiving product back from you or will offer you an exchange.
We cannot provide refunds if for some personal reasons you didn't like the product or had different expectations. We are unable to provide refunds if you don’t contact us within 24 hours after your product was delivered. We are not liable for spoiled product if you stored it incorrectly. We are not liable for the product if your request was submitted after 24hours due to the perishable nature of our product.
